
Through teaching you techniques and self-hypnosis, you can control your pain minimising the need for pain killers or drugs. This can help with labour (I gave birth to my son, using hypnosis, with no painkillers at all), arthritis, headaches and other pain relief. Pain is something that can be controlled and at times, removed completely. This is a much healthier and more in control way for you to handle your pain. It is just as effective on long term pain as short term pain.
